1. 2 sets of shale shaker.

This shale shaker is 4 panel shakers with big treating capacity, working performance equivalent to USA brand shakers. The vibration motor can be 1.72kw /1.94kw for option, G force is adjustable by adjusting the eccentric block inside of the vibration motor.

Mud cleaner to be as the second stage solid control equipment in the whole system. The drilling mud treated by shale shaker enter into desander and desilter to get a progress treatment to separate out of the 15-75um solid phase.

3. 1 sets of decanter centrifuge

DCLW frequency conversion decanter centrifuge is used to remove the fine solids, min separation points about 2-5microns. After treated by our centrifuge, the drilling mud can be reused after weighted or chemical adjusted.

4. 1 sets of Screw pump:

Screw pump feed for centrifuge also attached in the mud system tank skid. This positive displacement pump can work stable without agitating the drilling mud. The feeding performance is much better than other type pumps.

5. Lots of centrifugal pump and mud agitators

The pump is for oil drilling rigs application. The centrifugal pump is mechanical seal, performance equivalent to Mission Magnum pumps. The pump can be used for feeding mud cleaner desander cones, desilter cones; transferring mud in/out etc. And many vertical mud agitator placed on the mud tanks to prevent drilling mud sediment.

Solids control system is a technique used in a drilling rig to separate the solids in the drilling fluids that are crushed by the drill bits and carried out of the well surface. .Solid control system can content the normal cycle and stable property of the mud in the drilling process, ensure the task of well drilling under the premise of safety, environmental protection and high efficiency.

The shale shaker is used to separate big solids with diameter above 75μm, the desander addresses solids from 45-74μm , and the desilter segregates solids between 15-44μm. Sometimes the desander and desilter are combined as one high efficiency mud cleaner. When air enters the drilling fluids, a vacuum degasser is used to separate the air. When there is no air in the mud, the degasser works as a big agitator. All these stages are mounted on the top of the mud tank. After separating the solids, the clean mud can be pumped into the borehole again.
