36 sets Mud agitators shipped Russian drill site

Yesterday, the 30 sets drilling fluid agitators transported to railway station already and prepare to shipped to Russia. Although, the economic of Russia is not well, but not effect the my Russian clients drilling operations.

At the end of 2015, the clients re-placed an order of 20 sets drilling fluid agitators to equipped with their ZJ40 drill rigs. DCSJBQ drilling mud Agitator adopts the blender cycloid speed reducer, and it is applied to the drug liquids mixing tank. This mud agitator has the advantage of compact structure so it occupies small area.

DCSJBQ Series mud agitators serve three purpose:
1. Ensure mud additive are homogeneously mixed, preventing spot over treatment of chemicals, dilution water or weighting agents.
2. Prevents the pits from” gelling”,by keeping the active mud system moving when the mud pumps are disengaged.
3. When drilling with weighted mud, properly sized agitators will keep the weighting agents in suspension, minimizing solids from settling in corners or dead spots of the pit.

Drilling mud agitator is a device mounted on mud tank for agitating the drilling mud to prevent the drilled cuttings and fine solids from sedimentation. Nearly every large compartment of mud mixing and storage tank should be equipped with mud agitators to maintain the proper properties of drilling mud that will pump back to the borehole.

Mud Agitator combines compact design with high torque performance levels necessary for a uniformly suspended flow of drilled solids throughout the mud systems.Powered by 1500RPM (4 pole) explosion proof motor and connected through heavy duty gear reducer, this agitator transfers high torque at RPM to Impeller to perform the most severe mud mixing conditions.

Impellers are available in three types viz. six blade mixed flow turbine type, four blade axial flow type and three blade twisted profile type to achieve highest performance in different site and mud conditions.

Gear reducers are worm type or helibevel type depending on the choice of the user. Standard models are available in 20 H.P. & 10 H.P. capacity.
