Oily Sludge Treatment Process

The main technology we used to dispose of the oily sludge is pyrolysis. Let’s see the specific process of working,
1. Collect all of the oil sludge together and then unload them to the workshop. Most of our oily sludge pyrolysis plants are installed in the open air. And then use our auto screw feeder to feed them into the pyrolysis furnace.
2. Under an oxygen-free, high temperature and sealed environment, the three main components of oil sludge, oil, sludge, and water, will be decomposed.
3. When the temperature rises to a certain degree, oil gas will come out. Thereinto, heavy particles in the gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and then dropped into the heavy oil tank; light particles in the gas will rise up and liquefied into light oil in the horizontal tube condenser and then also be reserved in the oil tank.
4. The slag will be automatically collected during the process.

1. One units of DC double deck shale shaker DCS700 for primary solid removing. Double deck shaker is with large capacity due to two-layer screen design for both coarse solids and fine solids separation.
2.De-silter unit DCCNQ-12==6N is with 6 sets 4 inch cyclone for silt removing. The under flow shaker is with same dimension shaker screen for client’s easy shaker screen procurement or inventory.
3. One sets 20 feet containers are used respectively as mud recycling tank, mud storage tank and mud mixing tank. Other equipment like centrifugal pump, and mixing hopper are installed on tank and shipped without disassembling them.

Last month, DC Solid control manufactured a 500GPM mud recycling system for customers and has arrived at the project site after more than 20 days of shipping. The system has been assembled of the main shale shaker and mud cleaner equipment. It is planned to take one week to complete the assembly and commissioning.
