Mud Agitator is widely used in the mud solids control system. It is installed in slurry storage tanks or mud tanks to stir slurry/mud to prevent drilling fluid solid particles depositing in the mud tank.

Mud Agitator mainly consists of motor, reducer, base, stir rod and impellers. Mud Agitators mix and agitate the drilling mud that is used to prevent solid particles from depositing in the circular tank. This is also used to stabilize the work of drilling fluid. The Impeller shaft present in the mechanical Agitator transforms mechanical power into fluid circulation.
