Oily Sludge Treatment Process

The main technology we used to dispose of the oily sludge is pyrolysis. Let’s see the specific process of working,
1. Collect all of the oil sludge together and then unload them to the workshop. Most of our oily sludge pyrolysis plants are installed in the open air. And then use our auto screw feeder to feed them into the pyrolysis furnace.
2. Under an oxygen-free, high temperature and sealed environment, the three main components of oil sludge, oil, sludge, and water, will be decomposed.
3. When the temperature rises to a certain degree, oil gas will come out. Thereinto, heavy particles in the gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and then dropped into the heavy oil tank; light particles in the gas will rise up and liquefied into light oil in the horizontal tube condenser and then also be reserved in the oil tank.
4. The slag will be automatically collected during the process.

Mud Tank System is a part of circulatory system of the rig, used for storing and feeding the required drilling fluid during Rig operation cycle. Mud Tank System is available for different drilling rig sizes from 250HP to 3000 HP with different capacity.

Normally, a complete mud tank system consists of a mud tank with compartments for both incoming dirty and cleaned fluid, a shale shaker, a desander (depending upon the size of the unit), and a desilter. The shale shaker separates larger solids approximately 400 micron and larger, the desander separates solids approximately 100 micron and larger, and the desilter separates solids approximately 40 micron and larger. After the fluid processes through the desilter and deposited into the clean tank, it can then be pumped to the mud pump to be pumped back downhole.

Last month, DC Solid control manufactured a 500GPM mud recycling system for customers and has arrived at the project site after more than 20 days of shipping. The system has been assembled of the main shale shaker and mud cleaner equipment. It is planned to take one week to complete the assembly and commissioning.

The mud system is engineer designed to clean, recycle and mixing drilling mud in one mud tank package. The flow capacity is 500gpm + with shaker operating at 40 mesh screens and mud density 1.2g/cm3. It removes undesired drilled cuttings down to 12 microns with 4″ desilter cones. Compact design and small foot print allows it to be easily moved and transported .

Desanding or desilter plant is design for bored pile on construction with economy option and very compact design for small footprint. The desanding plant is design for flexible working and installation to suit bored pile, TBM or HDD mud recycling system.

The main components of all desanding plants are: Coarse screen for intercepting stones larger than 5 mm; Storage tank of the coarse screen; Cyclone with cyclone feeder pump for removing fine particles from the suspension; Dewatering screens for abstracting further water from the solids dis-charged by the cyclone.

Desanding plants are employed to remove soil particles in drilling mud and support slurry used in foundation engineering. They can be either water-bentonite, water- polymere, or water-cement and bentonite suspensions.

1. One set of mud cleaner who is combination of a DCS850 shale shaker and 3 pcs polyurethane desilter hydrocyclones, the treating capacity is about 80m3/h with linear motion. And two explosion-proof OLI vibration motors.
2. A mud tank support the shale shakers. Side plate of the mud tank is 8mm and bottom plate is 10mm. First sandblasting treatment, then spray preservative special water-based anti-corrosion. Tank-outside: sand blasting, spraying epoxy zinc rich primer + intermediate paint and polyurethane paint.
3. A centrifugal pump feeding for the desilter hydrocyclones. Centrifugal pump is also called sand pump .DC produce the pump with reliability 、 heat-resistant 、large flow 、long life 、low- energy consumption 、easy maintenance and other advantages.
