Mud cleaners are two-stage solids control equipment that are composed of several hydrocyclones mounted over a vibrating screen, known as a shale shaker. Mud cleaners are used to remove solids from drilling fluid and act as 2nd and 3rd phase solids control equipment.
Features of Mud cleaner:
Shaker: quick screen tensioning system with easy replaced bolts;explosion proof and rated continuous vibration motor;
AWD system: screen basket adjusted within -1°～+5°at 0.5° increment;
feeder box with inlet connection locates on back 10″,1MPa flange.
Desander cones are 10″ or 12″ hydraulic cones and manifold which are made of high-chromium iron while desiter cones are 4″ or 5″ hydraulic cones and manifold of polyurethane.
Desander, desilter and shaker can be used together to process drilling fluid and can also
perform operation independently according to site situations.
