Dual motion shale shaker is an advanced model shale shaker in solid control system, it has two movements locus, one is linear motion and the other is elliptical balanced motion. This month, DC Solid control shipped 4 sets dual motion shale shaker to a domestic users.

The mud flow capacity of the dual motion shale shaker can reaches to 150 cubic meters per hour for first phase cleaning before desander. The same size linear motion shaker normally reaches 120 cubic meters per hour maximum.

2 big motor work for linear motion, 1 big motor and 1 small motor work together for elliptical motion. The control panel will fit wire connection to control which motor working.

Besides periodic lubrication, fine screen use requires the following care:

1. Wash down screens with power washer regularly

2. Check screens for tear or rips

3. Make sure screens are properly mounted

4. Make sure shale shaker is at proper angle

5. Check wiring or a regular basis high speed shakers tend to wear through wiring insulation

In addition, frequent checks must be made for plugging or blinding screens. The shaker angle can be increased or decreased to help eliminate this problem. For blinding screens a more coarse or finer screen may be installed to help solve the problem.
